Upscale is Growing! We are hiring an experienced recruiter to play a critical role in finding & adding best resources to the Upscale team across different verticals. We’re looking for someone that is self-directed with a keen sense of right culture & skill fit. You will be the first hire in the people team & will have complete ownership of setting the right practices.

Overall Responsibilities:

Develop and execute hiring strategy and manage associate/mid management hiring of Product/Tech/Marketing/Sales & other verticals

Monitor development against the goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates and talent pipelines for the assigned verticals

Develop diverse and ready to hire pipelines of candidates for critical roles

Develop market intelligence and work on key strategic projects at a regional and/or global scale

Executes marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies (e.g. timed social media postings, segmentation driven visuals), and collaborates with communications to achieve designated objectives

Coordinate phases of the talent acquisition process for assigned talent pipeline and evaluate team recommendations of candidates

Follow talent acquisition specific processes and systems

Skills and Experience:

Strong background in Talent Acquisition w.r.t. hiring of tech, marketing, product, design roles

In-depth understanding of B2B SaaS & hiring landscape and trends in India

Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with the leadership team to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent

Should have worked in the E2E recruiting model as an individual contributor

Extensive experience in building sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, agency usage, etc

Experience managing candidate life cycle through an applicant tracking system

Experience implementing talent acquisition programs/processes including candidate screening, assessment and selection in a fast-paced, high volume and matrixed environment

Track record delivering hiring results that meet business needs and expectations

Ensure accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process

Minimum 2+ years of experience
