Role Overview

Upscale is looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and highly motivated individual who understands our product as well as the International market. This role manages the outbound campaigns of sales function by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers to successfully position the Upscale value proposition. The SDR is the primary profile that Upscale platform was created to help - you will be the expert on the product as you will live in it every day to do your job!

Upscale is a sales engagement platform that automates sales outreach by using multiple channels like email, phone calls, LinkedIn, text messages and more. Our data-driven unified platform helps streamline routine work and lets the sales team focus on what really matters - closing deals.

What you’ll do at Upscale:

You’ll be using Upscale! Our platform was designed to make you successful and help you achieve your sales quota.

Making 80+ outbound phone calls each day.

Creative outbound prospecting within your named accounts.

Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)

Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and challenges they face every day.

This is an individual contributor role that reports to a sales manager who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one on ones as well as autonomy to allow you to own your success.

Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals.

Pro-actively track competitor movements in the market.

Skills & Experience:

2+ years of proven SaaS sales experience, including mid-market & enterprise sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas.

Proven experience to build strong C-level relationships.

Successful track record of planning and rolling out GTM strategies.

Self-starter who works proactively to navigate large organizations and identify potential opportunities.

Outstanding verbal and presentation skills.

Prior experience in Sales Engagement / Sales Automation / Startup Technology companies is a plus.

Strong operational and analytical abilities. metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders.
